- **Event Description**: Kids Introduction to Pottery offers young artists ages 8–14 the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of working with clay in a structured, supportive studio environment. Students will learn foundational hand-building techniques including shaping, joining, and simple surface decoration while creating a series of small projects designed to build confidence and familiarity with the material.

Throughout the course, students are encouraged to develop their own creative ideas and individual expression while learning core pottery techniques. The fourth and final class session will be shorter. Students will have an opportunity to present their pieces to the group and briefly talk about their process.

All materials and supplies are included.
